Biography:

Jim is a graduate of Xavier University, where he earned his Bachelor and Master degrees in
Business Administration, and the University of Toledo, where he earned his law degree in 1973.
Subsequently, Jim was admitted to the Ohio Bar and is a member of the Toledo and Ohio State Bar
Associations. Jim practices in the areas of corporate, general business, real property, probate,
and estate planning and administration and is retired from the faculty at the University of Toledo
as a Professor Emeritus. Jim and his wife, Judy, have four sons and live in Whitehouse, Ohio.
