Biography:

Jim is a graduate of the Ohio State University and the University of Toledo,
College of Law. A former agent for the Internal Revenue Service, Jim is also
a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public
Accounts. Jim is a member of the Toledo, Ohio State, American, and Lucas
County Bar Associations and has been a lecturer and professor of accounting
at the University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University. Jim is
admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the Federal Sixth Court
of Appeals, as well as the state courts of Ohio. He is a life member of the
Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference and is a Trustee of the Schedel Arboretum &
Gardens in Elmore, Ohio. Jim and his wife, Rita, reside in Sylvania, Ohio.
