Biography:

Kyle is a
graduate of Bowling Green State University, where she earned a
Bachelor of Science in Journalism; Central Michigan University,
where she earned a Master of Science in Health Administration; and
the University of Toledo College of Law, where she earned her Juris
Doctorate. Prior to entering practice, she worked in the health
care industry for almost twenty years, including, but not limited
to, service as Vice President, Network Development and Contracting,
for a local HMO. Kyle is admitted to practice in the state courts
of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of
Ohio. She is a member of the Toledo Bar Association, the Ohio State
Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American
Health Lawyers Association. Her main areas of practice include
Health Law and Litigation, Corporate/Business Law and Litigation,
Personal Injury, Estate Planning and Bankruptcy. Kyle is also an
Adjunct Professor, teaching Business Law and Managed Care Law, at
the University of Findlay and the University of Tiffin.
