Marty earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University, and his Juris Doctor
degree from the University of Toledo. Marty was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1971. Marty is
a member of the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Ohio State Bar
Association, Ohio Trial Lawyers Association, and the Toledo Bar Association. Marty is a
fellow in the Ohio State Bar Association and a member in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Marty is admitted to the Federal and State Courts of Ohio. His areas of practice include
personal injury, business litigation, corporate and business law, probate, real estate, and
matrimonial law.
