Marty is a graduate of Harvard College, where he earned a Bachelor degree, and the University
of Toledo, College of Law. Marty is admitted to practice in the state courts of Ohio and
Michigan, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Marty
is a member of the Toledo Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, and the Ohio Academy of
Trial Lawyers. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, and probate.
