Peter is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Political
Science and German, and the University of Toledo, College of Law, where he was a member of Law Review.
Peter is admitted to practice in the state courts of Ohio and Michigan, as well as the United States
District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Toledo, Ohio State,
Washtenaw County, and Michigan Bar Associations. Peter practices in the areas of corporate law,
commercial and real estate litigation. Peter and his wife, Lisa, have three children and reside in
Toledo, Ohio.
