Biography:

Rick is a graduate of Ohio Northern University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration. Rick earned his law degree from the University of Toledo, College
of Law, in 1991 before joining Shindler, Neff, Holmes, Schlageter and Mohler, L.L.P. Rick is
an instructor of business law at Lourdes College in Sylvania, Ohio, and is a member of the
Toledo and Ohio State Bar Associations, as well as the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. Rick is
admitted to practice before the Ohio Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern
District of Ohio. Rick practices in the areas of general litigation, personal injury, appellate
practice, real estate, business, and corporate law. He and his wife, Kim, have two children
and reside in Toledo.
